Renaissance Downtown Atlanta Hotel Registration Deadline
To obtain the conference rate of $105, you must register by February 2, 2009, by one of 2 ways:

- Phone Reservations: 1-800-228-9898 and ask for 2009 Joint Conference.
Confirm that your registration is at the $105 rate (does not include taxes).
The Renaissance Downtown Atlanta Hotel is located in the center of downtown near the North Avenue MARTA Station and 20 minutes from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Services and amenities include the following:

- Parking:
- Valet Parking is $15 per day;
- Overnight valet parking: $22.
- Self- Parking is $12 per day--Tthis parking garage is located behind the hotel and is a separate business. Parking cannot be charged on the room bill. [Note: These are the 2008 rates.]

Hotel Dining Facilities:
- The Grille at 590 offers a casual setting for breakfast and lunch. Dinner features an upscale cuisine with a southern style flare.
- Rathskeller is a European style pub and sports bar for lite fare.
- The Lobby Bar serves beverages in a relaxed setting.
Internet Services: Room fee is $12.95 on a 24 hr. basis.
Transportation Services:
- If you do not take MARTA from the airport, click on this link for transportation to and from the conference hotel:
- If you are taking MARTA from the Airport, get on MARTA at the airport and exit at the North Avenue Station. The hotel is a half a block down on the opposite side; you can cross the street at the light.
Getting to the Renaissance Downtown Atlanta
- Please be aware that the hotel is located on a one-way street going north. The parking garage is located behind the hotel and is accessed by the side street of the hotel. The street behind the hotel is one-way going south.
- From Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport or I 75/85 Northbound: Take I-75/85 North exit 249D. Turn left onto West Peachtree St. The hotel is on the left. This is a one-way street heading north.
- From I-75/85 Southbound: Take Exit 249 D. Turn left onto North Ave. Turn right onto Spring Street. Turn left onto Linden; the hotel is on the left. This is a one-way street heading north.
