- Masters of Arts in Education of Diverse Learners: University of Phoenix.
- World Languages Other than English National Board Certification in French. Toni was a part of the first group of national World Languages and Cultures teachers to receive this certification in 2002.
Toni Theisen is the World Languages and Cultures department chair and the Thompson School District World Languages and Cultures curriculum representative. She was selected at the 2008-2009 ACTFL National Language Teacher of the Year at the November 2008 ACTFL Conference in Orlando.
